Pritchett is First Driver to Win Double-Up Bonus |

Pritchett had a chance to double up at the CARQUEST Auto Parts Nationals in Chicago, he had previously won the All Star race the day before...and he did it, getting the $6000 bonus. He helped Division 2 clinched the team title in the All Star race. But that was not enough for him. He came to win that weekend and that's what he did.
Larry became the first driver ever to collect the Jeg's bonus by completing the weekend with another win in the CARQUEST NHRA National event. What is so amazing is yet to be said, he raced that very cold and chilly weekend without taking a CIC hit on his index.
How he managed to accomplish such a weekend is still a question many ponder. |
